Welcome to my tech journey !

I am Isabella Barrera, and I’ve embarked on an exciting adventure in to the world of technology. In 2023, I made the life-changing decision to switch my career path and dive headfirst into the dynamic realm of tech. While I initially explored the college route, I soon realized that I couldn't wait any longer to explore my passion.

The First in My Family to Pursue Tech

Currently based in the vibrant tech hub of the San Francisco Bay Area, I've taken proactive steps to propel myself into the world of IT. I'm not waiting for opportunities; I'm creating them. I'm currently enrolled in not just one but two immersive IT training programs, equipping myself with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in this fast-paced industry.

SONG LYRIC PAGE

This was the first time I used code to build a webpage. The class applies what they learned about basic HTML concepts: elements, tags, attributes. .In this project we focused on formating and troubleshooting.

Intro to TINKER CAD

Tinker CAD is a website that allows users to work with digiital arduinos. In this class we were introduced to arduinos, breadboards, resistors, LED's, Neopixels, and motion sensors.

PC Part-Picker

This was a workshop day. The students learned about hardware essentials. Each student was given a PC to take apart and put back together.

WEB APP Project

Stuednts are to make one final website about any subject. It could be something as a simple age calculator to a blog-like webite. It was to push students to combine the material they have learned into a final project.
